UNIFY and our staff are proud to be supporters of Sasha’s efforts and congratulate all the Grind Fitness team members on their amazing results.
Stuff.co.nz recently profiled Sasha and her story.
In 1996, just five days after her fifth birthday, Temaru was diagnosed with leukaemia. She went through two years of chemotherapy and there were checkups for most of her childhood. It was only when she was 13 she was declared fully recovered.
