  • 8 years experience in service management specifically service design and operations.
  • 4 years experience in business process modelling.


  • Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology
  • Diploma of Technical Production from Southbank Institute of TAFE
  • Cert IV Project Management from Australian Institute of Management
  • ITIL V3 Foundations certificate.
