During your visit
Remain accompanied, protect confidential information, and avoid photographs, video, or sound recordings without executive permission.

Visitor Cyber Security Induction
As a visitor, you play a crucial role in maintaining the security of our environment, our information, and our systems.
Arrival
On arrival you will be required to have your details recorded in our visitor register by one of our staff members. Please be aware we monitor our offices with CCTV.
During your visit
It is a requirement that visitors are accompanied at all times.
Please be mindful of sensitive information you may encounter during your visit. Avoid discussing or accessing confidential information without proper authorization.
Report any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals to our staff immediately. Please ensure that doors are securely closed behind you when entering or exiting secure areas.
If you need to use your device during your visit, please do not take any photographs, video, or sound recordings unless you have been given permission by an executive.
Approval is required to be granted and recorded before you are permitted to use any of our company owned devices.
Network access
As a visitor, you will be provided with access to our guest Wi-Fi network. This network is separate from our internal network to ensure security. Illegal or inappropriate use of our networks are not permitted.
If you need to use a device during your visit, please connect it to the guest network only. In the unlikely event that you need to connect to any of our other networks, you will need to have an access request approved before doing so.
We have security controls on both our guest and corporate networks and your traffic may be inspected, rejected, or otherwise processed by these controls.
Reporting incidents
If you observe any cyber security incidents or potential vulnerabilities during your visit, report them immediately to the staff member that arranged your visit, or to security@unifysolutions.net
Departure
When leaving the premises, you are required to sign out using the visitor register and return any equipment or information that were provided for the duration of your visit.
