- Choose an approved channel Use standard communication for low-risk information, or PGP encryption and agreed secure channels for sensitive material.
- Encrypt where required Use UNIFY's public PGP key to encrypt sensitive content before sending it to the intended recipient.
- Confirm handling expectations Where a customer has a preferred secure exchange process, UNIFY can align with it when it meets appropriate security standards.
