UNIFY is seeking a highly motivated a Senior Consultant ready to dive into an exciting new career.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in the success of our projects for customers for our Professional Services group. This role reports to the Head of Technical Delivery and has specialism in Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
Responsibilities
Technical Design & Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement identity management and/or identity governance solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Entra and MIM.
- Architect scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in project and production environments.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Leadership & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in identity management.
- Mentor junior members of the team to help them grow their technical skills.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Entra, MIM and related identity management technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering solutions, with a focus on identity management.
- Experience with identity governance solutions such as Entra IGA, Saviynt, CyberArk or Delinea.
- Experience with identity protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML.
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
- Ability to manage client expectations and communicate complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Ability to work in Australia or New Zealand.
- Compliance: Understanding of and commitment to compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and any relevant legal regulations.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working within cross-functional teams and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
