UNIFY has recently welcomed Health Shared Services Victoria (HSS) as a new client in our Managed Services & Support portfolio.
HSS provides shared services and infrastructure for an increasing number of Victoria’s leading health agencies. As part of the shared service offering, HSS runs a complex Identity and Access Management to manage identities and access to cross-agency applications.
With HSS managing user identities from multiple individual health agencies into shared Clinical and Patient Management systems (as well as numerous other shared applications), HSS requires a trusted partner with the knowledge and capability to support and enhance a complex IAM environment which underpins the offerings of the whole department. UNIFY meets this need.
As HSS’s Identity and Access Management Partner, UNIFY is providing ongoing solution enhancement services as well as 24 x 7 support to HSS and its client agencies as they deliver critical solutions to the Victorian Health Sector.
