UNIFY Launches Freshservice to Enhance Support Experience

UNIFY is pleased to announce the successful transition to Freshservice as our new Service Management Ticketing System (ITSM), replacing Ivanti. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improve support operations and make it easier for customers to engage with us.

With Freshservice now live, you can:

  • Log IAM and security issues
  • Submit service requests
  • Track progress directly through the new UNIFY Support Portal, using your organisational login credentials

You can also continue to raise tickets via servicedesk@unifysolutions.net.


All existing customers are being onboarded to the platform and will receive direct communication with their access details. Looking ahead, we will be rolling out:

  • Knowledge base articles
  • New ticket categories
  • Platform enhancements to improve usability and reporting

In early 2026, UNIFY Product support will also be integrated into the platform.
