UNIFY has completed an Independent Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment for UNIFYConnect Cloud, with the final report now issued.
UNIFYConnect Cloud enables organisations to integrate legacy on-premises identity sources and applications into a modern, Microsoft Entra-centred hybrid architecture — a challenge many CIOs and security leaders are actively addressing.
The assessment was conducted by an independent, ASD-endorsed IRAP assessor and evaluated UNIFYConnect Cloud against the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM). This confirms that the platform has been independently assessed against the Australian Government’s baseline security requirements for cloud services.
For UNIFY, IRAP is not treated as a one-off compliance milestone. It forms part of our broader, ongoing commitment to trust, transparency and security-by-design in how we design, operate and continuously improve cloud services for government and regulated customers. The assessment also complements our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, reinforcing our organisation-wide approach to information security governance.
Australian Government agencies may obtain the IRAP report via the Australian Signals Directorate in accordance with standard IRAP information-sharing arrangements. The report is also available to customers, subject to appropriate confidentiality agreements.
UNIFY will continue working closely with customers to support assurance activities where UNIFYConnect Cloud is in scope, including discussions on findings, residual risks and continuous improvement.
