Life Without Barriers currently support over 22,000 people living in over 500 communities across Australia, providing them with the services and assistance they need so they can feel safe, achieve their goals and maximise their opportunities to participate as fully in society as they wish. We partner with communities, elders, government and the private sector to ensure they can achieve positive long-term change in their lives.
They were established over two decades ago by a determined group of community members with a clear vision – to provide people with disability greater choice and control over the type of care they receive. Since then they have grown to be one of the largest national providers of social services in Australia and earned a reputation for supporting people with complex needs and delivering in challenging and new environments.
