Shane and Alan demonstrated the FIM Operations Management and Troubleshooting Dashboard they have developed in Splunk Cloud for UNIFY’s managed services customers. FIM-related logging data is sourced from the FIM services and event logs up uploaded to Splunk Cloud, where it is displayed in flexible reports and dashboards that allow a FIM SME to quickly evaluate the health of the solution and performance trends over time.
