Where is UNIFYElevate hosted?

UNIFYElevate is a cloud-based service hosted on Microsoft Azure. Data centres closest to your location are utilised to host your instance, with specific regions available for Australian customers.

How secure is UNIFYElevate?

Security and privacy are core design requirements. UNIFY Solutions is ISO 27001 certified, and UNIFYElevate is designed to protect personal information by avoiding unnecessary storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and customer data is segregated to support a secure operating environment.

What does the subscription fee cover?

The subscription fee covers continuous access to support, direct issue logging and tracking, expert assistance, support hotline and email access, and regular performance and operations reviews.
