Functionality

Using Aurion HRIS as the authoritative source, UNIFYConnect automates:

Automated Onboarding

Directory Account Creation

• Automatically provisions accounts in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or another corporate directory based on Aurion HR data.
• Updates manager and direct reports relationships based on Aurion position hierarchy.

Microsoft 365 License Assignment

• Provides group membership data to support Microsoft Group-Based Licensing (GBL).

Automated Day-to-Day Management

Identity Attribute Updates

• Employee changes (e.g., name, title, department, location) automatically update in the corporate directory.
• Maintains accurate organizational relationships derived from Aurion HR.

Automated Offboarding

Account Deactivation

• Automatically disables accounts in Entra ID, Active Directory, or other IDAM solutions when an employee is terminated in Aurion.
• Can optionally move disabled accounts to a separate organizational unit (OU) or archive container.
